The best part about this program is that it allows us to monitor patient satisfaction without having to ask them directly. We also have access to our patients' entire chart history through their EMR which has been very helpful in improving outcomes across all specialties. I dislike how we cannot see what insurance companies are paying or if they are even using this program. Also, there is no way to filter out non-EMR records from within the dashboard unless you go into each individual record. There isn't much room for improvement at this time but more transparency would be nice. Our goal was to improve patient experience by providing better communication between provider and patient regarding discharge instructions and follow up appointments.
