I have absolutely no idea about fuel pumps. So I was a bit disappointed when the item arrived with no instructions. I have a 2005 Kia Sedona with a lock nut feature. As I pulled out the fuel pump, I saw where this item would fit into the housing. After a few inexperienced mistakes I finally got the new pump in the case and hooked it up properly. This kit was just what I needed to rebuild my fuel pump system. So far we've ridden over 500 miles in 2 days with no problems. A new pump system costs me $500. This kit is much nicer and gets the job done.
