Well, I'm a cook. I bought this product with high expectations. Cuisinart has been a great brand for many years. The pots and pans are superb. The stainless steel is of very good quality. However. the rivets they used to attach the handles to the harness are cheap junk. The first time I made soup in a pot, I had to keep the pot in the fridge for a few days. Common practice for a chef. A common practice for those who cook regularly. The rivets were literally eaten away by the food! They got bad in 3 days. Over time, the rest of the courts behaved in the same way. I'm actually afraid to cook in these pots and pans for fear of heavy metals in the food. I don't understand why make a good frying pan and attach the handles with a cheap product that eventually breaks down from just eating and washing. Please explain this to Cuisinart.
