Review on CareClinic by Bohyun Hansen

I love that it is easy for my clients/patients who are not tech savvy to use! It makes everything so much easier when dealing with insurance companies as well. The only thing i do dislike about this program is how long you have to wait before they will let you know if your information has been received by them. Sometimes there could literally days go between receiving an email saying something was submitted but nothing else happens until weeks later. There's also no real notifications system where someone would get notified immediately once info had gone through. Also sometimes issues come up after submitting things and it takes awhile to resolve those problems (sometimes even months). But overall its worth using because everyone should try out at least one time since we've seen some pretty great results thus far. We're able to save tons more money than what other programs charge us per month which helps our business stay afloat during these times.
