CareClinic Patient Engagement software provides clinicians and pharmacies with remote patient management tools and the ability to offer consumers a way to order refills directly from the mobile or web app. Our app enables patients to manage their treatment to improve outcomes, enabling value-based care. Follow up reminders can be sent manually or automatically, patients can read educational material and add send alerts directly to the provider in case of thresholds being met.

Type of review

I love that it is easy for my clients/patients who are not tech savvy to use! It makes everything so much easier when dealing with insurance companies as well. The only thing i do dislike about this program is how long you have to wait before they will let you know if your information has been received by them. Sometimes there could literally days go between receiving an email saying something was submitted but nothing else happens until weeks later. There's also no real notifications system…

Easy way keep track your current/ past cases

I like that it is easy to use the app for both my patients and me since I am able to see them all at once. In some instances, it was harder to be able to view specific information because of some technical issues. It would be great if they could figure out those technical issues so more people will be able to access the information they need. We have been using this app for a while now and haven't encountered any issues or complaints. Being able to have the same information when it comes to…
