Not as soft as I was hoping

I started knitting a shawl with this yarn but it was too coarse and scratchy for me. I saw Angora in the name and thought it would be soft. I should have paid more attention to the wool content. The yarn quality was good and I had no problems with splitting. It just didn't work for what I bought it for.
