Getting started with this product. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to put everything together. Once assembled it did what needed to be done. We used it once and it worked fine. The second time there wasn't enough to get at the locking ring which we wanted to remove. The pliers themselves felt so fragile that they could break if I squeeze too hard. I think next time I'll just invest more money and get better ones. I realize I'll probably only use it once or twice, but I don't have to run halfway to a parking lot to buy something I know won't cost $20. So save yourself the headache and buy something better, especially if you're going to be using it more than once.
