First of all I would like to say that I was able to use them for their intended purpose. However, if you're like me and buy them to use once or twice before throwing them away, you probably won't be disappointed. If you're looking for a quality tool, you need to increase your budget. The set includes 4 heads. 2 straight jaws (can you have slightly smaller pins?) a 45 degree jaw and a 90 degree jaw. One of mine was broken. Not surprisingly, that was what I was planning to use. Not the highest quality but you get what you pay for

I needed a snap ring tool and this didn't fit. The tines were too thick, I had to put them down to make them work. The tools can be moved to hold the pliers open or closed depending on how you mount them on the handle. There are 4 different heads, 2 are 90 degrees, 2 are straight, but the problem is that the small one is still a bit thick and the next size is thicker. I wish they had one with thinner teeth. Perfect! - Hand Tool

This is exactly what I needed. Dispatched quickly and delivered on time. Fully functional for all my needs, allowed me to finish what I had put off on my bike for so long without being able to change brakes and put on a new rim and tire because I couldn't access the ring clamps on the bike . in the hub and there was no way to loosen the outer ring without removing the rear one first, make sure the washers are pressed against the hub plate, everything is so tight you have to loosen the rear ring

Very poorly made and extremely uncomfortable to use

This is a very poorly made tool. I was able to do the job I needed to use it for, but I'm sorry I didn't spend a little more money on a better set. The problem is that the spare is held by a spring-loaded clip that pushes the spare latch. Ring remover up and away from the tool, causing it to keep falling apart when trying to use it. What would have taken me 10 seconds with regular snap ring pliers instead took me a frustratingly long 15 minutes from having to reassemble the tool over and over…

Only fits once for snap ring pliers

Getting started with this product. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how to put everything together. Once assembled it did what needed to be done. We used it once and it worked fine. The second time there wasn't enough to get at the locking ring which we wanted to remove. The pliers themselves felt so fragile that they could break if I squeeze too hard. I think next time I'll just invest more money and get better ones. I realize I'll probably only use it once or twice, but I don't have…

They do their job, but they certainly aren't perfect. Other reviews note that the tips tend to slip out. You MUST secure the tip with the silver metal clip. It goes straight in, then twist the back end to hold it in place. If you do everything correctly, the hints will not appear all the time. If you don't reattach this spring clip, they will fall apart easily. Where you place the tips will determine whether the pliers will open or close the ring.
