Plexia EMR - My experience overall wasn

I like how easy it is to navigate through my medical history, appointments etc! It's very user friendly for patients as well since they can easily access their information without having to look up in different places or call multiple people just to get an appointment scheduled (which we used to do!) There are some apps you need separate accounts for which makes sense but not everyone has those so there might be confusion at times if someone wants to use something else than what your plan allows them too. Maybe make this more clear? Sometimes when using certain features of plexi, such as requesting prescription refills from our pharmacy provider, sometimes you have no option other then click "I don't remember". This happens even though you're sure you did everything correctly before clicking submit/next step button. Also, sometimes after submitting changes via plexi, things take longer time to process compared to paper charts where it was done immediately upon hitting save. We've been able to streamline much of our workflow by integrating into plexi instead of using spreadsheets and emailing back & forth between providers I like how easy it is to use, especially for new users who are not familiar with medical terminology or computers in general. It's very user friendly! The software has been updated several times since we used it almost 4 years ago so there have been some improvements made but nothing major. We had an issue with our previous provider where they were using outdated equipment which caused issues when trying to input data into plexia.
