Bought two of these scanners in December and just installed them in our office. Paper jams when trying to scan documents. The scanner does not feed it properly, resulting in a document jam. Terrible! tried to get support. omg They don't advertise that they only guarantee this product for 30 days! For real. when you pay over $300 for a product. And unless you buy one of their support programs (yes, you heard that right, you should buy it, even if it's a new product!), the only way to contact them is via email. I now email twice a week with no response. Revain needs to remove this product! This is a divorce. Next, contact the Better Business Bureau. Don't buy this. It's like throwing $300 out the window!
