Very simple user interface, maybe too simple for some advanced users, but overall the switch works very well, even under heavy load. I use 2 of these to carry traffic between 2 floors using multiple VLANs to separate tagged/untagged traffic between different guest, mesh and secure Wi-Fi subnets and the switches are as happy as only possible. Understanding VLAN beyond the basics (iii) Performance degradation => this is your switch. What I like about Ubiquiti: their responsiveness. For example, there was a bug in firmware 1.2.0, Ubiquiti caught the problem within hours and provided a fix within 6 days. Compared to dinosaurs like Netgear who just ignore their community, that's very refreshing.
