This is exactly what I want - peel 6 cherries at once. In my experience with cheap hand corers for single cherries, this one works better. The cheap ones crush the cherry too much. This one just pushes out the pit without crushing the cherries and makes 6 at a time. it's on my kitchen counter. My only issue with this is that sometimes the hole was too big or at the wrong angle to fit through the hole in the bottom of one of the holding cups and it got stuck. until I could loosen the stuck hole. This has happened twice to 5lb Bing cherries. Cleaning isn't too difficult, but it might be easier if the valve holding the cherries could come out, or if the whole device could be disassembled. Only the part holding the cherry from below is easy to remove. This prevents fine detail from being lost, which is an advantage. The thumb lock makes it pretty easy to fit in my kitchen storage box. one is coming
