I needed a simple siphon to transfer diesel fuel from one tank to another. It did that job very well.The hose came packaged in a thin box. Coiled nicely. I simply stretched the hose out and that took out most of the coil.Use is very simple. Just bounce the weighted end vertically in the fluid you are transferring. Once you get enough fluid above the top of the first container, gravity and the siphon take over. I transferred 20 gallons of diesel very quickly.Once done, I hung the hose to allow to drain/ drip into a large funnel in a fuel jug. Coiled it back up and used the original box.I won’t need it often, but nice to have on the shelf just in case.
