Review on Pliers Removal Installation Ring Type Flat Band by Mark Fleming

Purchased to replace the radiator hose. The locking feature is great for holding the clamp in the open position during tube insertion/installation. Just a small complaint that cost me a star - the serrated end of the pliers is rotatable which you need to orient it at any angle you can grip the clamp. However, it rotates too easily, and when I tried to grab the clamp at an angle between the tubes and other parts, I adjusted the alignment, and as soon as I touched the clamp, it moved out of position. It took several attempts to adjust the position and scroll down to get the "perfect grip" of the clamp. If they could make it tighter so it doesn't rotate as easily as it does now, that would increase the utility.
