Expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

In the end, after using the S10e for 4 days, I returned it and took the View 20, which has a better battery, a smaller notch and, oddly enough, a noticeably better camera, but this is all, however, to the detriment of compactness, water and dust protection and the presence of good cases . For me, the autonomy time and the camera turned out to be more important criteria. Well, the price came out 12 thousand cheaper. Alas, nothing is perfect. Solid compromises.
If the S10e were 1 mm thicker with a 3750 battery and with a camera, even with one, but at the level of the iPhone XR, I definitely wouldn’t change it. Now I will wait for the appearance of S11e (if released). Perhaps it will correct these shortcomings.
 Who writes that the screen is bad - nonsense. Pixels are not visible, and the brightness is outrageous (just when comparing, you need to turn on auto-brightness and look in bright light or shine a flashlight on the sensor, only then the phone will give maximum brightness (it almost blinds)).

Pros

on points and in comparison with other flagships (only different): 1. Convenient device size. 1st hand to use - the very thing you need. Even a little smaller than X spouses. 2. Scanner on the power button. This is more convenient than the built-in display, because. you can stick glass and everything will work. And unlike the scanner on the back, the S10E can be used with a car or bike mount. 3. all the same, I will add protection against water and dust here, because. so far not every flagship has it 4. as for the flagships of Apple, you can find a huge number of high-quality cases for this smartphone (for example, my favorite UAG) 5. non-rounded edges of the screen, so you can stick a full-fledged protective glass 6. excellent stereo speakers (loud, no wheezing), someone does not like that the back cover vibrates with bass, but it seems to me that it was, on the contrary, specially conceived.

1. First of all, a very weak battery, which is a stretch not enough even until the evening. No recharging. No third-party programs that turn off background processes and disable unnecessary programs globally help improve battery life. 4.5 - 5 hours of screen time for this phone is the limit. I think that in a panic they write a software ate in Samsung in order to fix this cant, because. It is obvious that the problem is not in the hardware, but in the software itself 2. The camera actually: the main module is from S9 without any changes (yes, yes, there is nothing new there), only the software has been slightly modified, the wide-angle module is purely a marketing stray, because. an angle of 123 degrees is considered diagonally, the quality of the photo suffers a lot at the edges, unlike the main module, it lathers a lot (most likely in the next ate the quality will improve a little, but I don’t think it will be much), there is no stub at the width. Both color modules are lying. Even with the beautifiers turned off, the faces are still unnatural.
