Easy to install, thick enough to avoid cracking, and precise hole design for direct installation. Three holes across your choice of box to allow wire channels to run in the best possible position. A good option in my case as the previous light fixture was mistakenly installed over the new trim I installed on the house many years ago by the person who installed the trim. He was able to hide his mistake by cutting the siding in a hard-to-reach place. The new mounting kit is its poor workmanship so I had no idea it was screwed up until I replaced the light. Installed correctly now.
