Good but not what I expected

So I'm using a hard anodized cookware set I got over 15 years ago. Use them daily and they are still in great condition. If I were replacing this set I would just look for something similar as it has outperformed every other cookware I have used in at least the $150-$300 price range. I'm sure there are better sets that cost a lot more but to be honest these were the best considering I only paid around $150 for them. I have, although they are still in very good condition. However, when I received this new set I was generally disappointed for several important reasons. First and foremost, they are NOT fully anodized; They are only on the outside, but a different type of coating is used on the inside. I used another pan from the same company with the same inner coating, which is already peeling off in less than six months. I can't help but think it ends up in our food, which is why I stopped using that pan. I foresee that the same will happen with these. If I had known there was no hard anodizing inside I would not have bought it. While the pot handles and lid have double rivets (which is what I'm looking for), the pot handles are a little flimsy and have a bit of flex. The grips on my old set are rock solid. I don't know if I would dare lift a full hot pan with these as I'm sure they bend even more when hot. It might just be my personal preference but I feel like the blue silicone on the grips makes them look cheap and the light blue just looks out of place. The set also included a plastic spoon and spatula, but they are very flimsy. Overall, I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars; It has a good range of sizes and basically everything you need. But the inner coating is a big minus for me; When I buy a hard anodized cookware set, I expect it to be on the inside (it's the most important surface) and not just on the outside. For the price I would look elsewhere.
