This product is "OK". I think it's a bit of a stretch to consider this article "just about right". I say this because some of the holes don't line up with the screws. Also, new exhaust flange bolts are not included for attachment to the exhaust pipe. I think the idea is to reuse the ones you have, but I've found this to be almost impossible to remove. Luckily, O'Reillys sells replacement parts for about $6.50. Another thing to note is that your factory converter has three "sections" of heat shield: 1 around the actual part of the converter, 1 covering the top of the manifold, and a smaller section protecting the alternator. This unit has no mounting holes for attaching a small screen piece to protect the generator. This forced me to reattach the shield to properly protect the generator. In general, this device has done its job, but only time will tell if it will hold up.
