This rivet gun applies plastic rivets ONCE. Then the shaft gets stuck in the device and you have to disassemble the device to remove the plastic shaft. And you have to repeat this process EVERY TIME you insert a rivet. I don't have a defective device. It's just the way it's done. The device is quite simple. I should have listened to those who said it was going to happen. The positive reviews convinced me. Don't repeat my mistake. Buy another device or just fish mine out of a junkyard. Why 2 stars and not 1? Technically, it actually did its job (with a big headache), so it really works. That's it.
