Strong safe spoon without chemicals!

My family uses a lot of spoons, and when they prepare oatmeal or hot liquids, I get nervous (and guilty) about what chemicals they might have been exposed to. I recently got a box of these things and ran out and decided to buy a 'nicer' box of spare silver plated spoons. I will never make that mistake again! The sprayed spoons smelled like chemicals right out of the box, and when I tried to eat cereal I could literally taste the chemicals. As for consumables, I just don't want to risk it with cheap plastic paraphernalia. When it comes to unfamiliar chemicals coming into contact with hot liquids, knowing exactly what my spoons are made of makes me feel great! Thank you for a wonderful safe spoon to use every day.
