On a stool or on the floor?

I bought this specifically to feel more confident in my shower. I live in an apartment so the bathtubs are very small. I am awaiting knee surgery, I have other shower chairs that do not fit. Very happy to see this. Well, let's just say I followed all the rules, put it together, weighed well under the weight limit, but sometimes things should be left alone. I showered happy and protected. Fast forward 5 minutes, I was half on the floor, half in the shower trying to figure out how I was going to get up. The advantage of this item is its thin line, which turned out to be a problem. You see when something is too heavy resting on 4 aluminum legs close together the legs tend to fail and in my case go under the stool. Ah, I fell. I think it could be a wonderful product if you lived through it if there was some sort of sacrum support to keep your feet in place. Definitely disappointed. If I had been in more pain, I would have moved on. So thank god I wasn't there. I wonder how I managed to get up.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • boring packaging
