Do not even think about it.
This product never gets good after several knives, I have sharpened several knives with great success, unfortunately the small fragile part in the center holding the blade and diamond strip is now falling apart If the blade is loosened, left hand use can extend the life of this product, but for right handed people the plastic just isn't enough to strengthen the blade in the middle as the hype surrounding this product is clearly mostly marketing, I I'm very disappointed as I already have sharpeners in my kitchen that work but I still put money on them, shame on you :(
