For ex-chefs, sharp knives are everything. I have a professional electric sharpener but I need an easy and quick tool. There is also a sharpening steel. This product is amazing. Effortlessly sharpens and sharpens my expensive professional steel knives. Use all the time now to keep all my knives sharp.
