Review on πŸ–¨ Superior Phrozen Pro410: Advanced Tabletop Prosumer Printing System by Daniel Steele

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Well-defined details; Excellent physical properties (same or better than well printed PETG)

So far so good. The price does not allow this resin to be popular instead of wasting time looking for others with similar characteristics. Anyway, I felt the need to take this to set a base for myself and trust that I would have easy, hopefully strong and sharp prints (I have a Phrozen Mighty 4K). An application example for this FDM print with a hot wide nozzle. with good PETG is shown quite clearly in my attached photos. I've tried this particular part a few times in PETG and it always ends up failing and not maintaining the strength of the tiny elements that need to exert force together (replacing a washing machine clutch disc). Be careful when using heavy supports as they are part of the part that you can take with you before final curing, even if the part appears quite stiff when taken straight off the build plate. For those wondering, this isn't the strongest resin odor I've experienced in a short period of time while printing SLA, but always take precautions and ventilate the area properly whether your nose can pick up the odor or not. Henkel recommends working with this in a well-ventilated area - I wouldn't neglect this and at least hang a box fan in the window that pulls the air out to allow fresh air into your room from another part of your house or from another window, around to prevent a backlog. Printer: Phrozen Mighty 4k. Settings: As recommended by Phrozen as shown on their website under the respective resin profiles for the Mighty 4k. center for. I will update my review as I work with my bottle and start testing and using mechanically oriented prints.
