I like that there's no extra software to download, they do all of it for you with their platform! The customer service is great too - very responsive when we need help or have any questions about our account set up/use in general (which happens often!) They also provide detailed reports so if something isn't working as intended then those are easy enough to see what needs fixing from us without having someone else look at them first :) We're able to create custom landing pages which has helped boost engagement through blog posts & social media sharing directly linked back into these new page visitors where they can learn more information than just an email signup form would allow alone since most people don't read emails anymore anyways but instead go straight onto websites looking around.
