I like that there's no extra software to download, they do all of it for you with their platform! The customer service is great too - very responsive when we need help or have any questions about our account set up/use in general (which happens often!) OpenTopic offers many different features that allow for easy customization, which is great because I'm not very technical with computer stuff!
