Even heat distribution, VERY easy to clean
I've already tried driving this thing into the ground with high heat that burns food and other things. nope easy to clean without damage. And the food I put in that pan is cooked at almost the same temperature and time. This is a great frying pan when you need a frying pan style pan. I didn't use a pancake spatula so I don't have notes on that.
