Good set for small sizes
Excellent handy set with tiny heads, both cruciform and flat (regular). Each size comes in a pretty little plastic case. The knurled handle can be turned permanently. They work well for things like eyeglass frames and electronics that use these sizes. I don't get the idea of a rotating or rotating cap. Few people can operate it with one hand by twisting this cap as shown in the photo on the box. I'd rather have a tight cap because it's shaped so you can squeeze it tight with pliers if you really need the extra torque.
