I don't use any other pans! I love these pans. I have never used cast iron and they are very versatile and easy to use. They're easy to clean, but make sure you do it while the pan is still a little warm (if possible). If not the same day. If something comes off solid I add some water, put it back in the oven, heat it up a bit (not much or you'll burn yourself) and wash under warm running water.
