Really good frying pans. They got along very well. The build quality is high, which is immediately noticeable as soon as you pick it up. First thing I did was cook some steaks, nothing like that, this is definitely the best way to cook a great steak.

Arrived well packaged. It's cast iron so I was prepared for it to be heavy. Stand and dishes were in good condition. Cooked today in a pan on our induction stove and the dish turned out well (Thai Red Curry with Tofu)! Super happy with it so far. I will try to post an additional review in 6 months.

In a hurry I confused this cast iron steamer with Domik. When it arrived I decided to give it a try anyway and was terribly disappointed. First, it is NOT pre-aged as advertised. Second, the description says it cannot be heated above 480 degrees, making it useless for baking sourdough bread. GET THE LODGE at the same price as the Lodge.

I've been using them 3 or 4 times a week since I've had them. It comes nicely seasoned. As a suggestion, first cook a healthy pile of bacon in a skillet. Something with a lot of spice, I used smoked bacon with black pepper. The chicken and sausages I cooked in the pan tasted like "right on the fire" dishes. I don't use any other pans! I love these pans. I have never used cast iron and they are very versatile and easy to use. They're easy to clean, but make sure you do it while the pan is still a little warm (if possible). If not the same day. If something comes off solid I add some water, put it back in the oven, heat it up a bit (not much or you'll burn yourself) and wash under warm running water.
