Fun to wear; Didn't last for long
These weights are good for walking around in and ab/ leg workouts. However if you like running for a long time: Buy something else. I was running for a while until the strap started to tear off mainly because it was bouncing for so long. This only lasted me 4 weeks but was fun while it lasted.
