Review on Mr Gasket 9851 Alternator Bracket by Larry Willis

Fits a 1961 Ford Thunderbird exactly but works. The alternator is thicker than the alternator and this bracket worked. However, the bottom bracket of this year's Tbird is straight, so it can't be thicker. I received this product and it works perfectly, although it can be further modified for a better fit - I had to use the second bolt hole from the top because it was too long at the top and hit the frame or stabilizer bar. Maybe in the future I'll drill another hole for a better fit and remove excess metal. Nice chrome and thick enough for a bolt and alternator mounting.
