It fits perfectly as the regular OEM part 76203TA0A11 bought on ebay.

Bought the same OEM part from 2 sellers on ebay. Both do not fit and are the same component. This one is perfect for Accord 2010. Easy to install. The only feedback I have is that I was unable to locate this item using the part number. Somehow I found this while searching.
