My boyfriend suffers from plantar fasciitis and I picked him up a pair of similar inserts from the mall a few weeks ago but he didn't like the way they fit.I decided to give these a try to see if he liked them better and he does. He likes that these are a little lower in profile than the others he has used. These are also more solid and the bottom piece is not really flexible. These do not cover the complete bottom of your shoe and the heel has a sticky bottom to hold these in place.With the others, my boyfriend hated how you could feel the edge in the middle of his foot, he said these are made better where that edge isn't poking you when you walk in them.He still has some pain but these are helping and you can notice the difference when he isn't using them.
