Review on Nordic Ware Microwave Omelet Pan: Easy, Quick Omelets in Minutes! (8.4 Inch, White) by Jay Swearengin

This is a really great omelette machine! I bought this along with one of the silicone versions and while both work perfectly, this one allows for slightly larger omelettes. The directions say to use two eggs, but I've found I can easily use three eggs along with veggies and sliced hot dogs and fill both sides just right. The secret is to cook it uncovered on power level 7 or 8 for about two minutes, and then another minute when the center is still a little runny. Once both sides are sufficiently cooked, close it (put some grated cheese in between if you like - why not?) :) and then cook on high power for about 30 seconds. The perfect double-stuffed omelette!
