Review on ☕️ Secura 50-Ounce Stainless Steel Insulated Coffee Press with Extra Screen - French Press Coffee Maker by Christy Jones

Shortly after I wrote this review, Secura support contacted me and offered to replace my broken French Press. I didn't expect a replacement and was surprised and very happy with their prompt customer service. Their customer service and willingness to replace the product made up for the faulty part. As for the product itself. We like it very much and it keeps our coffee warm for a long time. Thank you Secura for the replacement French press, much appreciated. I purchased this French Press on February 4th based on the reviews, but on April 30th the small plug holding the filter in place for dipping broke rendering the French Press unusable. Given the price and reviews, you'd think it would last at least a year. I can't find a replacement part online. I have provided a photo of my failed abs with a stock photo closeup for comparison.
