These body bushings come with all the parts needed to replace sagging and cracked originals. This aligns all body lines from the cab to the body. You don't have to keep any of the original hardware, so you can cut out the original hardware if needed. I recommend spending the extra money and buying this kit with the hardware, not just the bushings. The radiator mounting bolts are usually completely rusted as these trucks are 30 years old. My truck has never seen salt and has been in Texas all its life and I had to cut the bolts on the radiator bracket. You must lower the front fuel tank (if equipped) to remove the rear cab bracket. You will also need to make a homemade bushing removal tool that pushes into the bushing. That's why I gave 4 stars for ease of installation, but that's not the product's fault. I recommend this kit to everyone and would recommend purchasing the kit with the hardware that came with it.
