Put this in a 2006 Accord V6 that has had a lot of power steering noise for a while. It was brand new and fully assembled (including all gaskets and a new O-ring on the low pressure side). Remember that you will need to remove the pulley from the old power steering pump, but it's a fairly quick and easy process To drain the PS fluid slacken the poly V-belt, tension to remove it from the pulley, the 2 hoses/ and 2 mounting bolts remove and the PS pump will come straight out. Remove the pulley from the old pump, put it on the new pump and put everything back in place. You only need 2-3 bottles from Honda, but topping up with a new fluid shouldn't cost more than $10-15.
