Ideal for building materials
I put a corrugated iron roof on my house and was originally given a sleeve with a round base. When it first rained, it leaked because it was difficult to screw in the round socket that went through each corrugation. I used the smaller square ones on the vent pipe that goes through the roof and they worked fine. So I bought this Revain square base for my wood burning fireplace. The boot was much easier and safer to install than the round one and it worked great. There are no more leaks.
