The product came crumpled up in a small envelope - poor packaging!

Received this jacket today, ordered for my young teenage son. The jacket itself is ok, good quality but I was shocked when I opened the envelope. The jacket was wrinkled, terribly wrinkled and dirty looking. I have to dry clean this item before wearing it because it is in this shape. Very disappointed!
