I needed a TCG blade to cut acrylic without chipping or melting. By slowing down the Festool TS to 1 none of this happened. While I wouldn't call the cuts "glassy smooth," that's an unreasonable expectation. Festool released their own TCG blade, which costs a million times more anyway, which I don't need every day. Dust (chips) pickup was satisfactory, not perfect, but much better than my router table. This is one of the few games in town, but not a bad option. I'll probably try this on some aluminum at some point, but for now the job is done. Thank you Oslan!
