Extremely professional and attentive IT staff
The team at Aptitude has been incredibly responsive to our questions/concerns regarding their services.
They are patient listeners who take time out of busy schedules for us as we navigate new waters in our office management system needs - always willing & able! Communication can be challenging when you're working remotely (we have two offices), but they've made it easy through frequent phone calls / video conferencing meetings that allow me to see my colleagues face-toface while maintaining privacy online from clients' prying eyes.
Pros
- We were very pleased by how quick everything was done once signed contracts had taken place between both parties.
- Timely communication via email or text message is prompt enough so there's no worry about missing important messages due too long periods before responses came back
