This is my first V-Slotted Flush Router Bit and I bought it mainly because it was cheaper than others and I was curious to see its value in my woodworking projects. I've used it on a few bookshelves recently to align the edges of the fascia and boxes by making a v-groove where the fascia and boxes meet. I used to have a 1/4" overhang. While it's just a stylistic option, I really liked its look as it tends to minimize or hide the "V" joint. This bit worked well and was very consistent.don't know about durability as this is my only aman attachment but it cuts very well with desired effect.I've used it in my compact dewalt router with no problems.
