Simplicity and reliability
They are tiny and require no adjustments. They all worked great for me. Range probably 10-15 feet. They really need a "warm-up" period before they start providing stable readings. Once turned on, they work within 2 seconds, but usually take about a minute for readings to be consistent. I use them with a 3 volt logic microcontroller. Definitely recommend.
