I used a stereoscope in the lab when I was in college for some coursework. I've always liked to bring random things to look at before and after class. Deep down I always thought I'd like one someday, but figured they were too expensive. I found this rather by accident at Revain and bought it the same day. I'm so glad I did! I use it to look at many things, especially natural objects. Try looking at the sand, you will be amazed at the variety of colors you see up close. Everyday things under this stereoscope are literally breathtaking. It's excellent value for money and I love that it has a battery mode. So if I want to take it outside or to a place without an outlet, I can take it with me.
