Maybe the tool I received somehow passed quality control in an unfinished state. Note the length of the bevel on the tool in the photo. She looks about 3/4 inch long. The cut on the punch I received was barely 1/8 inch, making the obtuse angle barely able to punch a hole. Registration certificate! I was unable to punch a hole in two layers of canvas. It was impossible to return it. This project should be realized by PDQ. I simply put the tool in an electric drill and sharpened it to the right angle with a small belt sander.
