Trying to please with it - stainless steel noob.

Update: 02/01/2021 Read where another SS Power user said you should first heat the pan to the point where the water droplets do a hissing dance and then add the oil. Let the oil heat until it becomes slightly shiny, then it should no longer be sticky. Yes, that's exactly what I did, and the non-stick coating was still missing, the eggs stuck pretty badly. Agree, cleaning is not difficult. but until now it has not been possible to get them non-stick. My next attempt will be an oven spice and this will be my last attempt. After trying so many standard nonstick pans (mostly top brands like Calfalon etc) I decided to try stainless steel and maybe iron hoping to get at least 5 years of benefit from it. I bought them and seasoned them with 500+ degree avocado oil, but still can't get 100 degree nonstick. Although I'm new to stainless steel, the practical advice isn't rocket science. So here's the thing, even with a little stickiness, like a hamburger, you can't just wipe it off afterwards. needs to be washed to the point, and of course washing with dish soap will kill your last spice. What I don't like so far is the time and cost involved in using it. If I have to re-season after each use, I'll have to look for better utensils. With Scott's blue paper towels, avocado oil and time. anyway i will keep trying. If anyone reading this found a way to make these 100% non-stick and use them for at least a week or two before needing to be re-cooked, please share your secret.
