Review on πŸ”§ Enhance Woodworking Precision with the Nxtop Classical Extended Tenon Router by Arturo Reyes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great bits for the power user

Great bits that work exactly as they're supposed to. Keep in mind that they are not designed for manual or low-power routers. Due to their relatively large mass, it is better to use them with a stable milling table and a guard rail assembly connected to a higher quality HP milling machine (at least 2-3/4HP and up). I was working with a 3HP router and designed it for bulk. No chatter and well balanced. They cut precise profiles in 1-3/8" maple boards from 36" to 80"+. Photo shows short cuts through the end guides. They are virtually non-flammable and tearing is not a problem if cut correctly. with scrap pad behind The primary shank As an added plus, the bits can also be modified: the mortise and tenon thickness can be changed with other bearings (not included) and grooving cutters (not included) of different thicknesses.
