Flush Wire Cutter from China

The cut surfaces were not flush and the tips were not equal; one was sharp, the other blunt. It looks like they grind each half separately instead of putting the two halves together and then grinding the tops and bottoms of the bits. To be fair this doesn't cause any cutting problems as the mismatch is only around 0.1-0.2mm. The cutting process was smooth and the pliers have a good grip. It's hard to say if they will continue, only time will tell, but so far so good! At this point I give them 5 stars.
