I'm building a solar generator out old an old ammo can. This fits perfectly into the design plan of this generator. After I cut the square hole, screwed it on and attached the wires, it lit right up. The USB ports worked, it read the volts and the cigar plug worked great. I put a bead of silicone around it to make it water proof. This is a great addition to the DYI solar generator!
